IN-NTD

ITALIAN NETWORK ON NEGLECTED TROPICAL DISEASES

The Italian Network on Neglected Tropical Diseases brings together several scientific societies, healthcare institutions, and foundations active in tropical medicine. The Network aims to serve as a platform that facilitates interactions among the various Italian institutions involved in NTDs at both national and international levels. 

Its purpose is to coordinate the work of multiple stakeholders to build the synergy and authority needed to propose and organise effective interventions to combat NTDs in Italy and in countries where these diseases are endemic. 

Its main goals are advocacy, training and research. SIMET ETS has been a member of INNTD since its foundation.
